OVERVIEW
You may return any unopened item purchased from SYNRJE for any reason within
thirty (30) days of purchase (the product ship date is considered the date of
purchase), less any shipping and handling charges which are non-refundable.
SYNRJE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that
does not comply with these requirements.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return through SYNRJE, you must have ordered directly
from SYNRJE. The item you purchased must be returned, unused, in good
condition, in original packaging (whenever possible). You may contact us at
info@synrje.com or by calling
844-479-6753 for quick and easy return assistance. To complete your return, we
require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns on purchases made at an
authorized reseller are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges directly
from SYNRJE. You will need to contact the reseller you originally made your
purchase with and follow their return policy guidelines.

If your return is
accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on
how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first
requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon
reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if
you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it
right.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed on the cost of the SYNRJE product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If after 30 days, you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account
statement. Then contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund
is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is
posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your
refund, please contact us at info@synerje.com or by calling 844-479-6753
EXCHANGES
SYNRJE will only replace a product if it arrived to you defective or damaged,
and the exchange request is made within 30 days of receipt of the original
product. To be eligible for an exchange, your SYNRJE product must be unused
and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the
original packaging. Please contact us at info@synerje.com or by calling
844-479-6753 to initiate an exchange request. Please have your product
information ready. A prepaid shipping label will be sent for the product you
would like to exchange.
SHIPPING
To return your product, mail them to: 16633 VENTURA BLVD SUITE 802. You will
be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning undamaged
and non-defective products to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You
should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance, as SYNRJE cannot guarantee that it will receive your return and is
not responsible for returned or lost packages during the return or exchange
process.
